Biography of Musica Bella Orchestra member Linda Harrison

Linda Harrison, violoncello, began studying the cello at the age of ten in Whittier, California. During high school she studied with Joseph DiTullio, whom she considers her most influential teacher. She majored in music at Stanford University and later completed an MA in Historical Musicology at UCLA. After serving a number of years as school volunteer, San Diego Symphony docent, and La Jolla Chamber Music Society volunteer, she completed an MBA at San Diego State and now spends her days as a healthcare administrator at NYU School of Medicine while making music with a variety of amateur groups in her spare time.
